Insanely Absurd

I have recently viewed this anime and I felt kind of disappointed. There is no real plot. Though I do understand that it is based off of a video game but that is no excuse. They made Dante have a typical bad ass with a big heart personality. I was hoping to see him as what he is, a half devil who doesn’t really care about anything but killing. On a different note, the animation and audio itself makes this an anime worth watching when you only have 20 minutes to spare, for each episode has separate stories that have almost nothing to do with each other. The fight scenes are short but bloody. I believe this is a decent anime for anyone who has played the games.

In all I would give it a 4/5 for animation and a 2/5 for the overall experience.
